Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receiving payment, although please allow up to 5 working days for the processing of orders.

We offer both standard and express delivery options for our international customers. All charges will be calculated during the order process, where you will be able to select your preferred shipping service prior to confirming your purchase at checkout.

Please note that while we endeavor to meet estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee these. We are not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver that may occur once we have passed your order over to the shipping provider. By which point, the circumstances are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship all orders from the UK. All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches the designated country. As the importer of the goods, the recipient will be responsible for the payment of any taxes and import duties that may apply. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary worldwide. Import VAT will be charged at your local rate, as requested by customs authorities. We advise you to contact your local authority if you require more information about the rates of your country. Lylah is not responsible for any delays of goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs office. 

If you refuse a shipment from Lylah and the order is returned to us, you are responsible for both the original and return shipping charges, and any associated / import fees that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If a shipment is undeliverable at the destination due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the package may be abandoned at the destination at the recipient’s responsibility.

For all orders shipping outside of the UK, please note that a list of contents will be declared on the outside of your order for customs purposes, in order to make processing as efficient as possible.
